Prince Aladdin, Princess Jasmine
Look for plush princess dolls, plush hearts, and float medallion beads.
Frequently, Aladdin also plays host to favorite local music acts, and players from the New Orleans Saints football team often ride as well.
This krewe takes its name from the ancient Arabian fable of Scherezhade and her tales of A Thousand and One Arabian Nights. Her story of the youngest son of a destitute Arab woman who finds a magic lamp that brings him fame and fortune is one of the most enduring legends in world history.
Arguably one of the fastest-growing krewes in recent years, Aladdin remains true to its theme by choosing a Prince Aladdin and a Princess Jasmine each year.
This krewe shares a Middle Eastern linkThis krewe shares a Middle Eastern theme with the krewe of Alla.
